As much as I like this image, it does beg the question is it worth 6.4 million. In my opinion a black and white landscape that has no true meaning behind it does not make it worth that much but who am I to judge. This being said I really do like this image, the beam of light peeking through really makes it for me and the contrast between the light and darkness surrounding it is really breathtaking and draws the viewer’s eye towards it.
